Roadmap

Where Disqua is heading

An honest look at what we're building. We avoid promising exact dates — priorities shift with customer feedback. For shipped changes, see the changelog.

In development
  • Mobile apps (iOS & Android)

Native mobile apps are in development. Today the responsive web app works on tablets and phones; native apps will follow.

  • Voice, video & huddles

Calls and screen sharing are built for Business plans and become available once the LiveKit integration is configured for your workspace.

  • More languages across the product

The console and marketing site already support 20+ languages; we're steadily extending full translation coverage.

Planned
  • More connectors

Expanding the connector catalogue (Linear, Zapier, GitHub, Jira and more today) with additional vendor integrations and incoming-webhook recipes.

  • Deeper reporting & analytics

Richer helpdesk reports — SLA compliance, response times and agent productivity — building on the current reporting.

  • More AI-assisted workflows

Expanding AI-assisted features (summaries, triage, suggested replies) on Pro and above. AI features require a configured AI provider.

Exploring
  • Marketplace & public apps

A richer ecosystem for third-party apps and OAuth integrations built on the existing connector framework.

  • Advanced data residency options

Disqua is EU-hosted today; we're exploring dedicated-database and residency options for Enterprise customers.

This roadmap is indicative, not a commitment. Features, scope and order may change. Nothing here should be read as a delivery date.
