Disqua started because no tool gave teams both great communication and great customer support in one place.

Our mission

To give every team — from 2-person startups to 500-person enterprises — a unified platform for internal communication and customer support. We believe teams shouldn't need five tools to talk to each other and help their customers. One platform, one context, one price.

Why we built Disqua

We were paying for a separate chat tool and a separate helpdesk. Our agents switched between two apps all day, copy-pasting context. When a customer issue needed engineering input, the thread died in a DM chain nobody could find later. We decided to build one tool that does both — and charge a fair price for it.

What makes us different

Speed is our obsession — Real-time message delivery is a hard engineering requirement. But what truly sets us apart is the integration: a customer ticket can be escalated into a team channel thread in one click. Agents whisper to supervisors without the customer seeing. AI summarises both chat threads and ticket histories. No competitor offers this because no competitor is both a messaging platform and a helpdesk.

Privacy by design

EU hosting, GDPR compliance, and a DPA for every customer — not just enterprise. Your data is yours. We don't sell it, we don't mine it, and we make it easy to export or delete at any time.

Fair pricing

We make money when our customers grow, not by charging for features they should have had on day one. Unlimited message history on the free plan. Helpdesk included — not a separate $50/agent upsell.
