Migration
Switch from Slack in an afternoon
Bring your channels and message history with you. Disqua reads the standard Slack export ZIP — no scripts, no consultants.
🎁 Complete your import — get 3 months of Disqua Pro freeHow it works
Three steps from Slack to Disqua
The whole flow uses Slack's own export format, so there is nothing to install on the Slack side.
Export your Slack data
In Slack, a workspace admin opens Settings → Import/Export and downloads the standard export ZIP. It contains your public channels and their message history.
Upload it in Disqua
Open Workspace Settings → Slack Import and upload the ZIP. Disqua imports channels and messages, and maps users by e-mail address — people without a Disqua account yet appear as placeholders until they join.
Keep working
Your channels and history are there when the import finishes. Invite your team, and they pick up the conversation where it left off.
The 3-month Pro promo — exact terms
We'd rather spell the rules out up front than surprise you later:
- Applies automatically after a completed import with at least 1 channel and 25 messages.
- One promo per workspace.
- Applies to Free and trial workspaces — it never replaces an existing paid subscription.
- After 3 months the workspace returns to the Free plan unless you subscribe. No card required, no auto-charge.
